Delivery
It is the customers responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the incorrect address is entered, we are not liable and not obliged to resend the order to the correct address at our expense. Please inform www.mauvefashion.com.au if an order does not arrive. We can then enquire of Australia Post via registered Mail System. Each parcel has a unique code that allows tracking by us, and assists in the assurance that delivery occurs as soon as possible. This Australia Post Registered parcel system requires that a Recipient must sign for the delivery. By doing so, you agree that Mauve fashion accessories has satisfied the conditions where a signature has been received from the recipient, appropriate agent or proxy recipient of the order (chosen at Australia Posts discretion). This includes, but is not limited to, a hotel or office receptionist signing on receipt of delivery at the specified address. You agree that in doing so we have delivered the order within the terms of the agreement between you and Mauve fashion accessories. Mauve fashion accessories is not responsible for any transit damage that might occur to a product or products. You will need to contact us immediately so that we can lodge a claim with Australia Post and replace the product if that product is still available.
