Privacy
- Please choose carefully as there is no refund or exchange for change of mind. For a refund we accept returns on defective merchandise only as long as the following conditions are adhered to:
- We are notified that the product is defective within 7 days of date of reciept and the item is returned within 14 days of dated receipt at the customers cost.
- Product must be returned with proof of a receipt to obtain a refund of the purchase price of the item excluding any postage paid.
- A refund will not be given if the product has been misused in any way by the customer (descision will be made at the discretion of management) if it has been deemed that the item has been misused then the article will be returned to the customer and a refund will not be given.
- The customer has a choice of either a refund or they can exchange the defective article for another one of the same.
- Please note that we are not liable for any returns items lost in the post, we recommend that you register any return items so that they can be tracked and you have proof of postage.
- Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods.
